RIFCO is an auto purchase finance Company providing motorists with non-traditional financing through a growing network of selected new and used vehicle dealers operating in all provinces except Saskatchewan and Quebec.

The People Behind The Name

Bill Graham
President & CEO, Director
Bill Graham is the President, CEO and Director of RIFCO. He also co-founded the Company and served as COO up to June 2004 when he took on his current role. He has over 10 years experience in finance, sales, marketing, and teaching. He is also the former President of Proven Leasing Corporation. Prior to RIFCO, he spent 3 years as a Business Management consultant specializing in corporate strategies and transitions.

Doug Decksheimer
Vice President & CMO
Mr. Decksheimer joined RIFCO in April 2005. He brings ten years experience in senior management including expertise in product development, international marketing initiatives, strategic market planning and implementation, reseller training, and education programs. Mr Decksheimer is a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) as accredited by the Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA) Sales Institute. |

Monte Coates
Vice President & COO
Monte Coates joined RIFCO in May 2005 and brings with him experience in non-traditional lending including senior positions in the auto finance division as a Vice President, Regional Manager and Vice President of Credit for Wells Fargo Financial (Wells). In the prior ten years he transitioned from the Trans Canada Credit Corp (TCC) branch level in Alberta to a Vice President in Toronto after Wells acquired TCC. His team was responsible for the initial development and introduction of Trans Canada Credit’s auto finance program in Alberta and the development of relationships with franchise and independent auto dealers for Wells Fargo nationally. |

Lance Kadatz
Vice President & CFO, Director
Lance A. Kadatz is the VP & CFO and Director of RIFCO. He also co-founded the Company and has served as CFO since the Company's inception. Mr.Kadatz was the president of his own Business Advisory Services firm before joining RIFCO. He also served as a Finance Advisory Services Manager for MNP, Canada's largest regional accounting firm. Prior to this he was Senior Corporate Account Manager for RBC for 17 years. |

Jim J. Nieuwenburg
Director (Dec 2004)
Johannes J. Nieuwenburg joined the Board of Directors in December 2004. He is a Private Businessman, Corporate Director and a professional engineer by training. He brings 28 years of diverse experience including senior technical, business development, and executive management roles. Mr. Nieuwenburg was formerly President and CEO of Petromet Resources Ltd, VP of Asset Management for Norcen Energy Resources Ltd and General Manager Business Development for Amoco Energy Group North America. Mr. Nieuwenburg holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manitoba. |

Stuart P. Hensman
Director (Jan 2007)
Stuart Hensman joined the Board of Directors in January 2007. He is a full time Corporate Director and has a life time of financial services experience including; Chairman & CEO of Scotia Capital (USA) Inc (3 yrs), Managing Director of Scotia Capital Inc in London (13 yrs) and Portfolio Management with Sun Life Assurance Co (6 yrs). He holds a number of directorships on other public boards. Mr. Hensman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Winnipeg and a Masters of Science from Loughborough University.
