Logo Usage Guidelines

RIFCO hereby gives limited permission to use the logo's appearing within this website (the 'LOGO(s)") to Repairers & Dealers, who have a current, signed agreement with RIFCO, to use in their print and/or electronic promotional media advertisements.  Permission to use the Logo is limited by the Logo Usage Guidelines.  RIFCO requests a photocopy/fax/email of each unique advertisement.
 

Logo Usage Authorization extends exclusively to images posted for use on the RIFCO website.  Permission for usage, within the guidelines stated below, is granted to Repairers & Dealers who have a current, signed agreement with RIFCO.

Termination of Agreement by either party, will also terminate rights to Logo usage.

Other persons or organizations wishing to utilize the RIFCO Logos, including media, may be granted permission upon request and approval by an authorized company employee.  For Permission, please contact RIFCO.

POSTITIVE PRESENTATION

• Your site must display the RIFCO Logo in a positive manner.  The Logo may not be used to depict RIFCO or its products negatively, or in a manner that could reflect adversely on RIFCO or its products and services.
• Your business name and logo(s) must appear at least as prominently as the RIFCO Logo.
• You may not display to the Logo(s) in any manner that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or license by RIFCO.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

• The Logo is a proprietary logo of Repair Industry Finance Corporation.  It may be sued only with the permission of RIFCO .  The Logo Usage Guidelines do not grant a license or any other right in RIFCO’s Logo.  Use of the Logo acknowledges RIFCO’s ownership of such logos and does not create any right, title or interest in or to the Logos.  All use of or goodwill associated with the Marks ensures to the benefit of RIFCO.

TERMINATION

• RIFCO reserves the right in its sole discretion to immediately terminate or modify permission to use the Logo at any time.  RIFCO reserves the right to take action against any use that does not conform to the Logo Usage Guidelines, infringes ay RIFCO intellectual property or other right or violates other applicable law.

GUIDELINE CHANGES

• RIFCO Reserves the right to change the logo Usage Guidelines at its sole discretion upon ten (10) days written notice of such changes.
