Management consultant specializing in corporate strategies and

Lance Kadatz
Vice President & CFO, Director
Former President of Trimax Financial Services Inc., A consulting firm
specializing in finance related advisory services.
Formerly with the largest regional accounting firm in Canada
as a Manager in Financial Advisory Services.
Served as a Senior Commercial Loans Manager for over 20 years
with 2 Canadian Chartered banks, and two years with the Country’s
Central Bank – The Bank of Canada.

Doug Decksheimer
Vice President & CMO
Mr. Decksheimer brings ten years experience in senior management
including expertise in product development, international marketing
initiatives, strategic market planning and implementation, reseller
training, and education programs. Prior to joining RIFCO, Mr.
Decksheimer served in a number of executive roles at Comco
Manufacturing. Mr. Decksheimer is a Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
as accredited by the Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA)
Sales Institute.

Monte Coates
Vice President & COO
Mr. Coates brings with him over ten
years experience in non prime lending including senior positions in
the auto finance division as a Vice President and Regional Manager
and Vice President of Credit for Wells Fargo Financial. In the
last ten years he has transitioned from the Trans Canada Credit
Corp. branch level in Alberta to a Vice President in Toronto. His
team was responsible for the initial development and introduction of
Trans Canada Credit’s auto finance program in Alberta and the
development of relationships with franchise and independent auto
dealers.

Jim J. Nieuwenburg
Director (Dec 2004)
Mr.
Nieuwenburg is a professional engineer by training and he brings
twenty-five years of diverse experience including senior technical,
business development, and executive management roles. He
currently serves as Chairman for C1 Energy Ltd (TSX). Mr.
Nieuwenburg also participates on the Boards of Capitol Energy
Resources Ltd (TSXV), NAV Energy Trust (TSX) and Verenex Energy Inc
(TSXV). Mr. Nieuwenburg was formerly President and CEO of Petromet
Resources Limited, Vice President Asset Management for Norcen Energy
Resources Limited and General Manager Business Development for Amoco
Energy Group North America. During his tenure with these successful
junior,
senior and major petroleum companies, Mr. Nieuwenburg attained an
exceptional background in management processes, transactional
structures, and shareholder value creation. |
