Supervisor, Customer Service
Samantha, better known as Sam, has been with Rifco since 2012. She started out as a Funding Specialist and eventually made her way to Supervisor of Customer Service in March of 2018. “Rifco is a great place to work because of the people and the friendly atmosphere. The company values its employees and management is approachable. I enjoy what I do, and I have a great team supporting me. Rifco offers great opportunities and excellent support for challenging tasks.”
In her spare time, Sam likes to play video games, go camping, and paint!
Supervisor, Projects and Innovation
Erich started at Rifco in 2014 as a Collections and Customer Service specialist in our contact center. He quickly rose to become the supervisor of our Customer Service team in February of 2015. Less than a year later he took over his own collections team in our Portfolio Services department before becoming the supervisor of Projects and Innovation in July of 2017. He continues to roll out new initiatives every month to improve our customer’s experience with Rifco. Erich says: “Rifco is a great place to work because all levels of management truly harbor the core concepts of innovation by encouraging and embracing new ideas. You always feel like your voice is heard and management takes pride in their staff’s accomplishments (not just their own). Rifco also dedicates multiple resources every year to develop their staff’s professional and personal skills. Team Lead, Funding
I started at Rifco in Sept 2014 as a document specialist. After building a stong foundation of acceptable document quality I was promoted to a Funding specialist in March 2017. I excelled in this position and was promoted to be the first Funding Team Lead in January 2018. I enjoy coming to work every day because of the Rifco community, our employees come from all kinds of backgrounds and you learn something new every day. Rifco often plans interactive events and contributes to a chosen local charity throughout the year. It’s wonderful to work for a company that gives back to its community and gives ample opportunities to get involved.
