Roxy Yiu
Income Specialist, Dealer Services
Roxy is considered one of the “originals” of
Rifco, she started in 2006 as a marketing
assistant and has never looked back.
Roxy has worked various roles at Rifco and is
currently an Income Specialist. Her larger-
than-life personality is always welcoming and
you can guarantee that she will be talking
about her favourite 3 S’s – sushi, seafood and
sandwiches!
Erich Shaw
Business Intelligence Analyst
Erich started at Rifco in 2014 as a Collections
and Customer Service Specialist in our contact
centre. He quickly rose to become supervisor
of our Customer Service team in 2015 and
found he had an interest in the systems side of
Rifco.
Erich currently is a Business Intelligence
Analyst and has his days filled with data,
systems and analytics.
Samantha Thomas
Supervisor, Collections
Samantha, better know as Sam has been with
Rifco since 2012. She started out as a funding
specialist, made her way to Supervisor for
Customer Service in 2018, and currently is a
Supervisor for Collections.
Sam recently received her 10-year bobblehead
and you can be sure that her bobblehead sits
proudly on her desk.
Jade Porter
Representative, Credit
Jade started at Rifco in 2014 as a document
specialist and moved her way up to Team Lead
in the Funding Department. Jade has been an
active member on Rifco’s Charity Committee
and has helped with numerous staff
fundraising events, and Rifco’s Charity Golf
Classic.
Jade recently made the switch over to the
Credit department and is happy to be
expanding her knowledge and experience
within Rifco.
