Follow these easy steps to navigate our customer portal.

STEPS TO MANEUVER CUSTOMER PORTAL

DASHBOARD VIEW

  1. Click the title of the item you wish to access.
  2. For items not listed, click ‘Contact Support’ to send a general request to our Customer Service Team.

HEADER

  1. My Account – displays your details such as personal information, employment information, address information.
  2. My Loans – displays your loan details. Click the loan number to see your statement of your account. Click ‘View All’ to see all your payment details.
  3. My Cases – these are previous requests that you submitted through the portal. If you submit a request and Rifco required more information you will receive new comment from Rifco.

MY CASES COMMUNICATIONS

  1. Case Comments – comments from Rifco will be located in the Case Comment Section. Our agents may request additional information for your request.
  2. To respond back to an agent, click ‘New’ and type your message to Rifco. We will be notified of your response and get back to you as soon as possible. You (sender) will receive an email indicating the case has been received and your status.

SCHEDULE A CALL

  1. Select ‘Schedule A Call’ button.
  2. Enter your phone number, preferred call time, and description.
  3. Select ‘Confirm’.
