GUESTS ARRIVE TO PLAYA DEL CARMEN
- Transportation pick up at Airport for all guests organized by Rifco.
- Check-In at Front Desk – Receive Welcome Package

WELCOME RECEPTION/PRIVATE SUPERBOWL PARTY

- Superbowl Food and Drinks (Open Bar)
- Dress Code: Casual – Please wear event lanyards/nametags

- Please meet your DPD at the assigned restaurant at 6pm sharp for your reservation

Day 3 | Tuesday

Conference Meeting
- Light Breakfast and Coffee Bar will be available in the meeting room.
- Location Riviera Ballroom
- Dress Code: Business Casual – Please wear event lanyards/nametags
- Presentation and topics on industry news, financial landscape for
Dealers and Lenders, Rifco updates and more.
Presidents Dinner
- Location: Cielo Terrace
- Dress Code: Resort Formal
- Cocktails and Hors D'oeuvres 6-7pm
- Dinner Served 7pm
- Awards Presentation 830pm
Day 4 | Wednesday
Feb 14
Dealer Excursion
- Guests would have selected their option on the registration form.
- 5:45pm (Meet in Lobby Charter bus will leave at 6pm sharp) – Cirque Du Soleil – Joya
- 9:00pm (Meet in Lobby) – CoCo Bongo
Day 5 | Thursday
Feb 15
Guests Travel Home
- Checkout at 12 pm
- If your flight is after 12pm, you will still be required to check out, however the hotel will give you a pass to enjoy all the facilities, food and drink, until your transportation arrives.
- All Guests Leave to the airport.
- Transportation pick up will be in the hotel Lobby.
